So far, I have rescued more than 750 guitars, mandolins and banjos and saved them from being unplayed, being poorly looked after or even getting chopped down to firewood. I dug them from cellars, found them in storage units, fetched them from creepy houses. I went up icy mountain roads and down steep, dark stairs of recording studios. I received them from people that had stopped playing for health or age reasons, or were left with a guitar or a banjo after the death of a loved one, and wanted those instruments to be passed on to new players. I collected them from just next door and from as far away as the German shores of the Baltic Sea. More than 600 people came over to my guitar boutique to test play and speed date my instruments. They were absolute beginners and pros, ESC winners, guitaristas and guitareros, recording and performing artist, teachers and students, friends and strangers, composers and songwriters, rockers, bluesers, fingerpickers, classically trained ones and autodidacts, but I'm still waiting for you to come on over!
