Rather than waste a borrowerʼs time with excessive documentation requirements and red tape, we focus on a few key metrics, primarily the value of the collateral and the defined exit strategy, that we believe are essential to provide maximum collateral protection for our loans. In most cases we expect collateral to be real estate plus a personal guarantee and in some cases the collateral may be receivables and other assets plus a personal guarantee. For deals that meet our criteria, we move fast ̶ often closing in as little as 14 days. This enables our borrowers to take advantage of opportunities they might not otherwise be able to.
