About North European Coaching Association

The North European Coaching Association (NECA) was founded in April of 2008 and became an International Coach Federation (ICF) Chapter in 2009. NECA is a nonprofit organization formed by individual members - professionals and non-professionals who practice coaching, including Executive Coaches, Leadership Coaches, Life Coaches and many more. Its primary purpose is to build, support and preserve the integrity of the coaching profession around the North Europe and ensure public confidence in the profession. Consistent with the goals NECA offers local coaches an unique opportunity to network with other professionals through educational sessions and community events. Additional support is offered to members through stimulating professional presentations, online resources, a 'buddy coach' program, and website biographies.
