Here at North Lincs Structures we can take your initial sketchbook designs through planning right up to completion on site. We offer; Complete structural steel design & detailing. Structural foundation/slab design and installation*. Planning application submission. Building regulation approval. Fabricated steelwork CE marked to exc class 1 or 2. CE marked fixings and fasteners. In-house appointed person and crane supervisor for all lifting operations. Project management, CDM co-ordination. Single skin, composite and fibre cement cladding supplied and installation. Surface water design and installation. External security personnel doors. Roller shutter / sectional/ sliding/ insulated & rapid rise industrial doors. Architectural steelwork: Stairs, handrail, balconies, mezzanines. Metal decking * Internal fit-out * Electrics * * Approved 3rd party contractors. Design & Engineering Our in-house draughtsman detail on the latest Autodesk Advance Steel 3D software. This allows our models and subsequent data to be shared, integrated and downloaded to others, including NC data direct to the machines in the workshop. BIM (Building Information Model) is a concept that all parties involved in a project can work and share on each other's data, so creating a 'master project' complete with all contractor's data. We can produce .DWG .IFC .SMLX and PDF files to suit any other software on the market, enabling all parties to view, annotate and work from our details. We are pleased to be one of the few steel fabricators with in-house engineering. All structural steelwork design, connection design and groundwork design will be carried out in-house by our own structural engineer.
