About North London Music Therapy
North London Music Therapy works with everyone of all ages with a mental health concern such as stress, anxiety and depression. Using music as part of therapy gives our clients the opportunity to express themselves directly and meaningfully in a creative way that gets to the heart of what's behind our mental health. We value long term working, and believe that everyone should have as much therapy as they need. Our clinics are in Finchley and Edmonton, and we're taking referrals from anyone local to Barnet and Enfield. We also offer training in online music therapy, trauma and vocal work for music therapists and other creative and healthcare professionals. We offer bespoke workshops for healthcare organisations and consult on creative access to wellbeing in the workplace for businesses.
