About North Rim CrossFit

North Rim CrossFit is a 7,500 sq ft. modern facility which emphasizes training functional movement in order to provide increased physical potential and overall well being. This broad and inclusive method adapts to all ages, fitness, and skill levels. Our workouts are designed to improve you in all areas of life. We offer Olympic lifting classes, competition training, and open gym times. All of our memberships include unlimited visits. We believe you should have the opportunity to attend as many classes as you need to in order to achieve your goals. We generally suggest showing up at least 3-5 times per week. Anything less than that takes longer to see and feel results. The beauty of CrossFit is that it is infinitely scalable. This means we can customize the programming for a variety of levels--whether you're an advanced athlete, or haven't worked out in 10 years. We will figure out what you can do and adjust the workouts to meet your individual capability so you don't have to worry. Our clients are as young as 13 and as old as 70. We're kid friendly! We offer daycare and even have CrossFit Kids classes. Also, if you're in town visiting and currently are a member at another crossfit gym our classes are free. Please talk to us if you plan on coming for an extended period of time. we will be happy to work out a fair pricing solution.
