About North Texas Business Alliance Co-op
The North Texas Business Alliance (NTBA) was established in 1999 and serves convenience store and gasoline station owners by equipping them with bulk purchasing power, industry know-how, and the right connections to strengthen business practices and effectively compete in the market. We are a part of the National Alliance of Trade Associations (NATA), which is an organization dedicated to uniting trade associations across the United States, to leverage the synergy of joint purchasing power and negotiate national deals with major vendors in the convenience store industry. As a cooperative, we are marked by the unity of our membership, which currently stands at north of 600 stores and the integrity of growth and leadership of successful entrepreneurs and industry veterans. We provide significant size, scale, and scope for suppliers, vendors, and service providers and use our collective buying power to benefit stores through rate negotiations, rebates, and training programs. Our partners are selected based on their ability to provide excellent customer service and a competitive edge to our members, and range from Fortune 500 companies such as Coca-Cola, Keurig Dr Pepper, and PepsiCo, to up and coming regional service providers. We have also partnered with many governmental agencies, including the TABC, TCEQ, and TWC, to advance social responsibility strategies and foster an environment focused on continuous learning and improvement. Our passion for the community and proclivity for seeking out philanthropic opportunities has allowed us to become a platform for advocacy and engagement in North Texas. NTBA has routinely partnered with important initiatives such as the Aga Khan Foundation’s Partnerships in Action Program, American Heart Association, Carter Blood Care, Cowboy Santas Program, Home For Our Troops, North Texas Food Bank, and the Children’s Cancer Fund.
