The North Thurston Education Foundation, Partners for Kids, is an independent, non-profit partnership of community members and North Thurston Public Schools (IRS EIN 91-1433235). Our organization was incorporated in 1989. We are committed to enhancing educational opportunities for students and helping students overcome financial barriers so they will succeed in life. We are an all VOLUNTEER Board of Trustees with a paid Executive Director. The Partnership seeks donations, bequests, or endowments to provide financial assistance to students in NTPS. Our Foundation major programs in support of students include Student Assistance Grants for all schools in NTPS Scholarships for graduating seniors at all district high schools Learning Improvement Grants — competitive mini-grants for classrooms
