Northeast Civil Solutions, Inc. (NCS), a DBE Certified company, was established in 1992 and has steadily grown to become one of the preeminent survey and engineering firms in northern New England. The firm offers a full range of survey capabilities including traditional land based and global positioning system (GPS) satellite-based surveying. NCS offers a wide range of civil engineering, Geographic Information Services (GIS) consulting, and land planning services. Based in Scarborough, Maine, NCS is professionally licensed in Maine and New Hampshire. We complete projects for federal and state governments, municipalities, and various industrial, commercial and private clients. Our office is fully automated with state of the art hardware and software and all workstations are networked to provide the most efficient working environment.
