This allows us to work with each individual to address each person's specific mental health need. Our Approach to Medication Management (Psychopharmacology) At NORTHEAST WELLNESS, PLLC we provide care combining medication management along with psychotherapy when clinically appropriate. When medication management is indicated for one's care, we try to initiate one medication at a time and continue to monitor and adjust as needed to achieve reduction of the targeted symptom. Our goal is to provide the best care to each individual and to decrease the possibility of an adverse reaction.
