About Northern California Safety Consortium

NCSC provides policy and program development to the business community of Northern California, primarily dealing with Cal-OSHA, Title 8 and other regulatory compliance. As part of the development of a businesses numerous safety policies, we also provide the training required by many of these regulations. In addition to the provision of training and policy assistance, we provide ancillary training and consulting in areas related to employee and workplace safety such as Violence in the Workplace, Drug and Alcohol Policies and training, Sexual Harassment in the Workplace and others. Our training offerings in the Title 8 arena vary from First Aid and CPR courses (we are an American Heart Association Training Center), to HAZWOPER training at all levels, including Hazardous Materials and Hazard Communications. Virtually any industrial setting requiring training related to the safety of its employees, is training NCSC can offer - Forklift Certification and all industrial lift trucks to Bloodborne Pathogens training; Fit Testing (respirator fitting) to Chainsaw Safety & Use; annually required Fire Extinguisher training to Drug and Alcohol policies and concordant training. In short, we are the business ally in workplace safety training and consultation.
