Northern Industrial Training, LLC (NIT) is a privately owned, serving the public, vocational training center specializing in professional truck driving, heavy equipment, National Center for Construction Education & Research (NCCER) construction building trades, NCCER oil and gas pipeline, hazardous materials, and corporate services. NIT headquarters are in Palmer with training available onsite throughout Alaska. NIT has offices in Palmer, Alaska and Anchorage, Alaska. NIT was established as a response to the growing demands from the Transportation, Oil & Gas, and Construction industries. NIT was founded with the concept of providing classroom and hands on training to not meet but exceed basic requirements for the people of Alaska. NIT has licensed instructors throughout Anchorage, Palmer, Fairbanks, the Kenai Peninsula and Southeast Alaska. Our newly designed training programs allow us to provide this high quality in all of our target fields enabling graduates to succeed at employment in their chosen careers.
