Northgate Realty was founded nearly 20 years ago, inspired by the neighborhoods along DC’s upper 16th Street—Shepherd Park, Colonial Village, and N. Portal Estates—collectively known as the “North Gate” into the city. Since its founding, Northgate Realty has expanded to serve clients throughout the DMV—Washington DC, suburban Maryland, and Northern Virginia.
