Who We Are: The Northlake Group is a Real Estate investment firm that places millions of dollars annually to hard to find real estate assets in desirable locations near hospitals, major universities, and other densely populated areas. Our existing team consists of seven hardworking professionals who are eager to leverage and capitalize on our established system. We are committed to building a multi-million dollar business. What We Do: We are a highly specialized firm operating in a niche market. Our team works closely with investors to purchase highly desirable properties through owner financing and traditional cash out transactions. We pride ourselves on finding ways in which all parties can walk away feeling that they received a fair deal. This allows us to build rapport with our buyers, sellers, and partners which translates into long-term business relationships. How We Do It: Using a unique and proven system for generating leads, we maintain a consistent volume of deals under contract at any given time. Through sales and marketing methods, we source investors to acquire the assets and facilitate the transfer of ownership. We are currently focusing the majority of our efforts on multi-family properties in highly desirable areas along the west coast.
