About Northland Animal Hospital
Northland Animal Hospital opened on April 1, 2001. Our philosophy was simple: Set the standard of medicine in the area and be a progressive leader in companion animal medicine. From our very humble beginnings we have strived to provide excellent care for our patients and excellent service for our clients. We started in a small white house. In 2011 the hospital moved to its current location, allowing for an increase in services and care. We currently offer wellness, internal medicine, advanced diagnostics, dental, surgical, and behavioral medicine for cats and dogs. Although the location has changed, the philosophy has not. We will make every attempt to give your pet the best medical options and treatment available. For over 24 years we have provided “four legged family medicine” for furry family friends and that is not going to change. You can feel safe that your pets are in good hands at Northland Animal Hospital. Our Values: Pets are Family: We know that your pets are more than just animals to you - they’re family. So we treat each and every one of your pets like they’re our own family. Respect: We provide every client and patient with the same high standard of care and respect. We ask that our clients treat our staff with the same level of respect. Growth and Education: There are always new advancements being made in medicine, so we are continually looking for opportunities to grow and improve. The Human-Animal Bond: We recognize the positive physical, emotional, and psychological impacts of pet ownership and the mutual bond between pet and pet owner. Gold Standard Care: We will always recommend gold standard medicine, which includes vaccines, routine lab tests, and preventatives for heartworm and flea and tick. Positive Visits: Your pet’s emotional health is just as important to us as their physical health. For that reason, we use mindful handling techniques to ensure each visit is a positive one.
