About Northside Psychology
We conduct remote psychological evaluations for bariatric surgery patients across the US. We accept most insurances and speak English and Spanish. We use the MPABS assessment system that can identify patients that are at risk for postsurgical psychosocial complications and work with them to address these problems. We can also identify patients that are at risk for dropping out of surgery due to surgical anxiety or their belief that they can lose the weight on their own and work with them until they complete surgery.
