About Northwest Auto Care Alliance

NWACA is the largest organization representing the independent automotive repair and service industry in the northwest. NWACA is dedicated to: Enhancing through education the professionalism of the automotive repair/service businesses. Informing the motoring public of the quality nature of member workmanship. Representing the industry in legislative matters. Acting as a spokesperson for the industry at the national and local level. The structure of NWACA is divided into three divisions—Mechanical, Transmission and Collision. Each of these divisions offer an impressive array of benefits to the members. These include management and technician training seminars, video tapes, technical bulletins, management and technical hot line information, a credit union, Retro Programs, insurance, cellular discounts, laundry savings and many other business services at a savings to the members. Major events conducted by Northwest Auto Care Alliance are: The Automotive Training Expo (ATE) held annually. Over 80 exhibitors present their equipment, products and services. Forty management and technical training seminars. Throughout the year many training seminars are either presented or sponsored by Northwest Auto Care Alliance. These seminars are scheduled throughout Washington and Oregon covering information that is useful to mechanical, transmission and collision business owners and technicians. Each year two Management Conference Retreats are scheduled at resort locations in Washington or Oregon. These retreats offer an excellent opportunity for business owners to break-away from the daily business tasks and enjoy a relaxing weekend with fellow industry members, and their spouses. However, it’s not all fun and games as each retreat offers industry round table discussions and at least one management oriented seminar.
