If you require fast, safe and efficient aircraft ground handling in Geraldton, Karratha, Newman, Paraburdoo or Port Hedland then you need Northwest Aviation Services Flight Support. Northwest Aviation Services was established in 1996 to cater for the requirements of Airlink and has grown from a small handling agent in Paraburdoo to a company that now employs over 130 staff across Western Australia. Neil Thoars, owner of Northwest Aviation Services, quickly recognised that there was an opportunity to provide services in far more places than Paraburdoo. Through Neil s passion and commitment to provide unparalleled service, Northwest Aviation Services quickly gained an impressive reputation and client base with comprehensive Customer Service and Ramp Operations. To maintain the strong growth of Northwest Aviation Services and to continue to provide unequaled service, Neil sought to recruit a specialist team to bring a new dimension to Northwest Aviation Services. Kym Hagger who had previously worked with Northwest Aviation Services in the Paraburdoo operation, was recruited to join Neil in management and the two have since formed an enviable professional and working relationship. Kym, Northwest Aviation Services General Manager since 2008, has steered Northwest Aviation Services on the direction ahead, and has never wavered in maintaining the vision and core values that Neil originally established.
