About Northwest Clinical Trials

Northwest Clinical Trials is an independent, dedicated research facility in Boise, Idaho. Clinical Research is about developing new treatments for diseases and improving the health of people worldwide. Northwest Clinical Trials is proud to be a part of that process. The NWCT facility is in close proximity to a large trauma center. It is also situated in the highest concentration of medical services in the region as well as conveniently located minutes from the Boise Airport, which serves all major hubs. We have a 7,500 square foot stand-alone facility that features three exam rooms, dedicated Coordinator and Physician offices, two monitor rooms, a conference room, a procedure room, as well as lab and storage space. A secure in-house pharmacy is continuously monitored. The dedicated laboratory for specimen processing is furnished with -80 and -20 Fahrenheit freezers, a refrigerated centrifuge, ambient centrifuges, refrigerator, and microscopes. Our facility also offers a comfortable over-night unit for subjects participating in domiciled studies. Our Team Founded by Doctors Brock McConnehey and Diane McConnehey in 2006, Northwest Clinical Trials, Inc. (NWCT) combines more than 30 years of knowledge and experience gained through extensive clinical trial operations from both private practice and employment by a large site-management organization. Dr. Brock McConnehey became a certified investigator in 2002 and Dr. Diane McConnehey became certified in 2008. All staff members complete rigorous training courses and continuing education.
