Courtesy costs nothing. We specialise in Guaranteed Rent for landlords, this is not an insurance policy, we are always happy to speak to you to discuss this further. We understand that this is not for all Landlords and some like a more hands on approach so we offer a selection of service levels to suit everyone's needs. If you are looking to sell your property we will hold your hand throughout the journey which we understand can be a bumpy ride from time to time but it's our job to smooth out the bumps and keep everything on track for a successful move. We can arrange a number of services from Mortgage advice, help with your search for property, buy to let advice, the legal stuff with local conveyancing experts, landlords insurance, property management with local qualified professional contractors. Our aim is to go Over and Above our clients expectations, here's a recent review placed via Google: I've used Northwood, Stoke since 2008. Their guaranteed rental plan takes a lot of the worry away when you're renting out a property. Their staff are super efficient and they actually do the 3 monthly inspections (You'd be surprised how many letting agent say they will, but they don't).
