The company was established by Anthony & Debbie Montibeler in July 2015 with a compliment of schemes already professionally managed by them for many years. Building on the efficient and effective services already provided to these schemes, they have gone on to grow the business further. Providing management services to strata, community and neighborhood schemes they have gained a combined total of over 30 years experience in the strata industry. The company and its employees are members of Strata Community Australia (SCA) who is the peak industry body for Strata/Body Corporate & Community Management in Australia. The SAC is a professional institute and consumer advocate to the Strata industry & community. Both Anthony & Debbie are accredited as level 2 Certified Strata Community Managers with the SCA. As SCA accredited managers you can be assured that the managers & staff at Norwest Strata adhere to the SCA code of conduct and hold industry standard qualifications as required. It also means that staff are constantly educated & trained according to the latest legislation & industry standards. Location is not a problem when it comes servicing your scheme with properties as far reaching as the inner west already being serviced by Norwest Strata. In their time within the industry Anthony & Debbie have developed long standing relationships with contractors and leading industry insurers which are able to offer great products & services at competitive prices. Further to this they continue to network with industry professionals in order to keep up to date with latest products & services that can help save money for their clients.
