Founded in 2023, Not An Agency was born out of the need to break down outdated industry barriers and build a new model — one where the artist comes first and bureaucracy comes last. Operating across the United States, Brazil, and Canada, we provide full-service artist management, tour logistics, marketing, brand strategy, content development, and publishing. We’re not just booking gigs — we’re building careers, curating legacies, and exporting culture. With over 500 shows delivered and more than 11 international concerts facilitated, our impact is proven and growing fast. We represent 11 diverse in-house talents, including charting producers, live DJs, and recording artists, amassing over 200 million streams and a collective 300,000+ followers. From club shows to headline festivals, we craft experiences that resonate — in the streets, on the stage, and on screen. What sets us apart is our artist-first infrastructure.
