Instead of writing his name, RJ, a fan of comedy, cynical, and dry humor, would write Not Urs in black marker on the lid of his drink. This would make for a fun workplace joke among employees when a co-worker asks, "Who's drink is this?" - "Who's drink is this?" - "What's the name on the lid say?" - "It says, 'Not Urs'." - "Well then, I guess it's not yours."
