About Notre Dame Cristo Rey High School
Notre Dame Cristo Rey High School was founded in 2004 under the leadership of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur and in partnership with the national Cristo Rey Network. Together with successful, local businesses, Notre Dame Cristo Rey High School students work five days each month to earn money towards their high school education and to forge ties to the business world for life. We are dedicated to providing a Catholic college preparatory and Corporate Work Study based education of quality and integrity. 100% of our graduates have been accepted to four year colleges. The Cristo Rey Network is comprised of 37 schools around the country, and has set a goal of growing to 50 schools by 2022. NDCR is proud of what we and our students have achieved in and around the Lawrence community. Notre Dame Cristo Rey High School is a not-for-profit corporation which is sponsored by the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, Ipswich and Boston Provinces. The Ipswich and Boston Provinces are a division of the international community of Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur.
