About Nova Machina

The field of exoskeleton technology is stuck. Exoskeletons are pieces of hardware you can ware that help you move. They help move either passively through elastic support or through active motorisation. The ultimate dream of this field is full body active support; enhancing and helping a person move in general. This includes assisted motion when performing fine motorics, when balancing and when lifting heavy objects. The premise is enormous as Assisted General Motion (AGM) can improve safety and productivity in nearly any physical work space and dramatically lower the risks found in dangerous jobs like mining or fire fighting. For the dream of AGM to become a reality we found modern technology to not be ready. Computational power, bio-measuring capacity, energy efficiency and design flexibility to their fullest current capacity have not allowed for traditional exotech to successfully become full-body. This is where we find Nova Machina. Nova Machina has abandoned traditional approaches and is developing its own formula for exoskeleton technology. Due to our physics-led first-principles approach we have been able to create sensors and computer hardware tailored for communication with the human body on a nearly non-existent budget and without the use of conventional technology. We are doing the same for the energy-problem and thus we will soon have our technological formula complete. After that we will create full-body exoskeleton technology and help create the work floor of the future.
