Nova Monda Cacao & Chocolate is an artisanal and varietal craft chocolate maker located in Boulder County, Colorado. Our passion is to provide you with your best chocolate experience ever. Our Jar Chocolate is the result of years of searching for the best way to deliver the full taste of chocolate. We have sought out heritage cocoa beans from the best rain forest farms in Nicaragua and Ecuador. Our recipe uses all organic ingredients: organic coconut oil – thought by many to be the healthiest of oils, and organic evaporated cane juice. Even better, our Cacao Jar-Style Chocolate is Vegan, Gluten-Free and Soy-Free. The Cacao is also free of fillers and emulsifiers. What you’ll experience is a clean, pure chocolate taste that you can experience on its own straight out of the jar, or melted and served over ice cream, fruit and nuts. You can feel great about eating and sharing our products. We practice ethical and environmentally regenerative business through direct trade. Working directly with campesino cooperatives in Nicaragua and Ecuador, we pay our farmers a premium price ensuring the preservation of rain forest farms and endangered heritage and taste varieties of cacao.
