Nova Recruitment Services Ltd is a well-established recruitment agency based in the Midlands, having been set up as a partnership in 1980. Since then, Nova Recruitment has provided quality recruitment solutions to a wide range of companies in different industry sectors, both public and private, and varying in size, from sole traders to blue chip PLCs. Nova Recruitment Services originally occupied 2500sq ft of office space in New Street, Dudley until 1995 when it moved to Salford House, Castle Street, Dudley and 10500sq ft. This space has allowed us to create 3 training suites for the Training Division. The hire of training suites is available to customers. 2006 saw the opening of an additional branch in New Street, Birmingham. Quality standards have always held an important role in our development. In 1994, we became one of the first companies in the area to be recognised as an Investor in People and were accredited with BS5750 in 1996. In 2009, we were re-recognised as an Investor in People for the sixth time and have had successful 6 monthly and triennial external assessments for ISO 9002 (previously BS5750) with no major non-conformances. The company has won prizes such as Business of the Year and Investor in People Award and has always attributed its success to the training and development of its staff.
