The Nova Scotia Inclusive Employment Collaborators (NSIEC) was founded in the fall of 2021 to work alongside the business community and government to fill labour market needs by tapping into Nova Scotia’s untapped and under-utilized talent pool. NSIEC was created as a barrier-free network to increase employment opportunities for job seekers with disabilities across Nova Scotia in response to the pan-Canadian Strategy on Disability and Work (DWC) Initiative.
