We provide facilitation, program design, and strategic support for teams and organizations ready to transform their communities and work environments into more inclusive spaces of belonging. Our engagements are designed to meet the needs of groups/networks and organizations/companies that are ready to deeply engage in the work of shifting mindsets and creating positive change. FACILITATION The foundation of strong communities are deep and meaningful relationships. In an increasingly diverse society, it is important to foster environments that encourage authentic and healthy communication. We support teams and organizations to cultivate more inclusive environments that honor differences in race, culture, and experiences. Our work empowers individuals to navigate difficult and challenging conversations. PROGRAM DESIGN For individuals to thrive in work environments, they need to be able to bring their authentic selves to work. We collaborate with stakeholders to co-design experiences that foster authentic inclusion, belonging, and trust. Our programs support teams and organizations to become more effective communicators and advocates for change. STRATEGIC VISIONING AND PLANNING To envision and plan for transformation that we have not seen or experienced, we need to develop a vision and plan to get there. We partner with teams and organizations to shift mindsets toward new possibilities and build internal capacity for change management.
