NOVO QUANTUM LTD are Chartered Quantity Surveyors which is over 10 years old and are an RICS regulated Consultancy; based out of 301a Sunderland Road, South Shields,NE34 6RB U.K. Ian Etchells is the Owner & Director who has over 30 years experience gained with top 5 pqs companies - covering quantity surveying, cost consultancy, employer's agent, program management, specialist procurement and fund monitoring expertise. Ian has experience developed within the construction & property UK industries covering the use of various types of standard contracts for both new build and refurbishment projects from inception to practical completion in both public & private sectors including: residential apartment blocks; PRS blocks; student pbsa; new build housing estates; care homes; education new builds & refurbishments; commercial offices; industrial sheds; retail; waste; transport rail & other government buildings. At NQL by managing the functions of cost, time, & quality, we add value to both the design & construction team & thus promote the best & most efficient outcomes for our clients. We are currently providing fund monitoring on behalf of residential construction funders as well as ea/qs services on behalf of residential private developers apartment schemes. We are also well versed in the social housing sector (refurbishment & new build).
