Novoguild specializes in helping promising technology startups ranging from the Seed stage to typically Series C find exceptional candidates in the US and India. We got started in 2021 by finding candidates for Silicon Valley startups in India. We started finding candidates for the same startups in the US in Q4 2022. All our clients share our passion for innovation and excellence and are looking to build an organization with a great engineering culture. We share their passion for quality over quantity, that is why we take on the responsibility of extensive sourcing and rigorous screening. Finally, we present only the most qualified candidates via a comprehensive packet that includes answers to questions that the candidate has answered. It is not just a resume.
