The NOW Movement is for those who want to take up the mantle for creating a more sustainable, philanthropic, and ecovisionary (eco: forging positive, thriving relationships between living things and their environments, home, or society) lifestyle, thereby overcoming our existential problems. Enacting a progressive culture, we are dedicated to evolving and changing the way we understand ourselves, educate, and operate commercial and social activities; to realise our potential to live a virtuous life, and to thrive. We do this through the NOW Academy: providing learning and continuing development programmes, updates, social interaction, mentoring, debate, discussion and dialogue and research through our online platform and face-to-face. And, from putting it into action by operating commercial activities through NOW Enterprises. Our raison d’etre: To make our lives extraordinary. The pursuit of ever-deeper awareness, experience, understanding, knowledge and enlightenment, through the questioning of certainties, cultivation of an inquiring mind, challenging taken-for-granted assumptions and thus the expansion of the role and contribution of humanity to the wellbeing of an emerging universe. A journey, not a destination. Our mission being: We deploy Radical Philanthropy (doing good) and Disruptive Innovation (transforming markets) through Integral Human Development (ecological, personal and social) in order to: overcome humankind’s negative impact on our home, planet earth; reduce inequality and improve wellbeing for all life.
