Nowicki & Associates was founded in 2002 by Robert Nowicki in Johannesburg, South Africa. The Association was born out of a passion for the payroll industry and devotion to the role of the payroll professional. Today we’re a conglomerate of over 10 separate entities owned by industry experts with unrivalled experience in their respective fields. Our Association spans across a network of over 15 different locations ensuring that help is always within reach. The purpose of the Association is to: * provide end-to-end support (from initial need identification through to - success and beyond) for the payroll industry and payroll professionals as independent, trusted advisors. * The association is technology and product-neutral. ensure customers make an informed business decision when selecting a Payroll and HR solution, albeit software or services. * maintain a high standard of tax and legislative compliance in day-to-day Payroll and HR Management – at employee and employer level. * provide real value to the customers’ organisation, through processes, procedures, technology, education, and ongoing advice and service. make the technology work for the customer – automated processes, accuracy, data intelligence, predictions. * give customers access to powerful insights into their businesses using data-driven analysis. * The Association aims to make the Payroll Department more visible in businesses, to elevate the role of the Payroll Practitioner, and how management and the board see their contribution and level of importance through “professionalising” their role.
