Our proprietary rent from payroll platform receives funds directly from a resident’s employer every pay day and holds them in an FDIC secured account until rent is due. In addition to daily insights on resident deposit status through the highly intuitive NPS dashboard, property companies often have first access to funds for other non-rent expenses. Interfaces with most major management enterprise systems are available.
