NR SYSTEMS/NATURAL RESOURCES CONSULTING NR Systems, Inc., doing business as Natural Resources Consulting, is a Utah corporation with offices in northern Utah. We have been providing environmental and biological consulting services to the public and private sectors in the western U.S. since 1990. We offer the expertise and experience of one or more professional scientists working directly on your project. All of our scientists have more than 20 years of experience providing environmental and biological consulting services throughout much of the Intermountain West, the Rocky Mountain West, and the Great Plains. We are knowledgeable about the technical and practical aspects of environmental concerns affecting a broad range of projects, and we have established strong working relationships with resource agencies throughout the West.
