About NS Telecoms ltd

Just a little background about me and how NS Telecoms Ltd was born. I worked at Openreach for 9 years, started as a fibre jointer, then on to OMA then Patch Lead when that was implemented. Always covering PM roles and ran a team tackling the aged jobs on Ethernet. There came a point for me to fly the nest. I went to work for an alt-net managing contractors. It was so hard for me to not be as involved as what I was used to be and was seeing so many Subbies cutting corners and not having the right skills to do the job. How does the saying go… if you want something doing right, do it yourself? That’s when me and my brother Nathan Monks created NS Telecoms. We are now two years in and wouldn’t change it for the world. We aren’t a big company, but we don’t need to be. If you have good lads with the right skills, they will get through the build just as quick as 20+ lads. Quality over quantity will win all day long in my eyes.
