Users will have secure access to data, complying with regulations including Compliance Risk Reduction. NSC migrate data (from any source) to the preferred relational database platform of the organisation, either hosted on-premise or in the cloud. After migration, DataNovata automatically generates a user-friendly HTML interface, accessible on any browser & device. Company budgets can be optimised, IT staff can concentrate their efforts elsewhere & diminishing internal knowledge will be history. NSC provide a fast, cost effective & compliant solution, a truly unique approach when compared to competitors, who may reuse outdated legacy systems; in some cases, requiring continued payment of license fees. This is not necessary with the NSC approach. NSC enables decommissioning of old applications, giving one solution for all legacy data, regardless of the number of applications or the database platforms holding the data, whilst providing a user-friendly HTML interface allowing users to search for data just as they would on the previous systems. Quite often, the new interface allows for more powerful searching and navigation, with a wider range of search criteria available. NSC offer customisation of the generated user interface, if desired, to allow the application to fit in with the company's requirements & aesthetic to set a standard across all applications, or to mimic the old application. DataNovata generates a read-only system, ensuring the legacy data cannot be modified. However, annotations can be added, but are stored separately from the source data. DataNovata is maintained, supported & secure. Purging can be done manually or automatically.
