NSI Land Services, LLC (NSI Land), provides proven land services to energy companies throughout the US. This includes a full scope of right-of-way (ROW) acquisition, permitting and title services to midstream pipeline companies, a full spectrum of services and due diligence to Oil & Gas (O&G) exploration and production clients, and power industry acquisition projects involving solar, wind and electric transmission. NSI is a Veteran and Minority Owned company led by a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. As a nationwide ROW acquisition and permitting services company, NSI Land is uniquely qualified to provide full scope of title & abstracting services, ROW acquisition, state and local permitting services and settling crop, timber, and surface damages on behalf of clients throughout the US and Canada.
