NTI was founded in 1995 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. NTI's mission is to support the disabled community and their caregivers by fostering opportunities through advocacy, workforce development, and economic empowerment. We envision a future where all disabled people have equal access and representation in employment opportunities and government policies. NTI offers virtual employment support to the people we serve. We offer job coaching, skills training and work-from-home job placement assistance. NTI run two approved Employment Networks in the Social Security Administration’s Ticket to work Program: NTI@Home and LandAjob Services.
