We’ve also tried so many services, gyms, diets, apps, and classes; we’ve purchased equipment and workout gear, shoes and outfits, supplements and meal delivery. Ready for something Nu? Nu Fitness is client focused training: the opposite of the big box behemoth gym. Our trainers are not expertly marketed and produced to appear super human and superior. No gimmicks and no plastic promises. We believe in a philosophy of: Training can be more enjoyable and not feel like a grind. Positive reinforcement and celebrating the wins works better to harness that motivational spark inside you. Connection with other real human beings and having a shared experience unlocks your full potential; we can always be better when we’re together! This connected experience creates momentum that we can harness and ride like a wave to attain our goals. When we train together we can encourage, inspire, and be there for one another.
