WHAT WE OFFER PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS: With the expanding need for nuclear power plant workers, we have developed a quick and robust training program to open the doors of nuclear power to the public. We are a AP3 accredited member of EPRI and we are certified in administering standardized evaluations that are recognized industry wide. With access to the STE Registry we upload student qualifications directly to the registry which is used by all major nuclear power plant utilities across the U.S. when verifying a workers eligibility for a position. After your deposit is received, we offer study material and continuous support throughout this period while you wait for your upcoming class. Classes are held in several different locations throughout the year but typically last 4 weeks where you must be prepared to participate in class and testing for 5-6 days per week. Once you’ve satisfactorily completed the classes and evaluations you will be qualified in the registry that can be verified by any employer. We will then assist in job placement. With opportunities throughout the U.S. we believe it’s important to be open to travel for work to ensure fast placement and better pay but ultimately most nuclear power plant workers land in permanent positions ranging from $100,000-$200,000 per year. WHAT WE OFFER UTILITIES: Our aim is to fill the following gaps we see expanding in nuclear power. Retirees going out the door without adequate knowledge transfer to the next generation of nuke workers. Lack of outage readiness in regards to specific outage scope training needs. Every maintenance outage is short staffed for Sr RP techs and not backfilled with Jr RP techs. Juniors aren’t fully utilized to their full potential. Read more on my company needs training page.
