About Nurse Practitioner Services of Texas
Clinicians of Nurse Practitioners Services of Texas provide care to nursing home residents enrolled in an Institutional Special Needs Plan. The emphasis is on proactive and preemptive care through general health management, increased availability of an on-site clinicians, and early identification of changes in condition to avoid unnecessary hospitalizations and ED visits.
