NurtureBridge Foundation is a grassroot, community-driven nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals and families through inclusive, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and community-led programming. We are committed to bridging gaps in access, belonging, and opportunity for women, newcomers, and families across Edmonton. Program Focus Empower & Connect: We aim to offer programs that uplift, educate, and empower participants, creating space for healing, growth, and leadership. These include leadership circles, storytelling forums, community wellness hubs, and family-focused support initiatives. Key Program Elements: •Leadership & Empowerment Workshops: Capacity-building sessions for women and marginalized community leaders •Storytelling & Intergenerational Dialogue Circles: Healing-centered community gatherings and multimedia storytelling •Wellness & Mental Health Resources: Trauma-informed support, culturally safe referrals, and self-care tools •Donation & Distribution Center: Community-based support for essentials and dignity-centered aid •Civic Engagement & Advocacy Campaigns: Collaborative efforts to shift narratives, inform policy, and amplify voices Our Approach We lead with care, collaboration, and cultural humility, ensuring our programs are inclusive, accessible, and guided by lived experience.
