About NUS Malay Studies Society (Persatuan Pengajian Melayu)

We are a student-led academic society closely affiliated with the NUS Malay Studies Department with an annual tradition of hosting events and academic forums in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Through these initiatives, we seek to foster critical thinking and encourage conversations amongst the undergraduate population and the larger public on pertinent societal issues and cultural heritage matters primarily affecting the local Malay/Muslim community.
