Those services can be tailored to a program offering the information and skills suited to the given situation and needs of the audience. I strive to stay abreast of the wealth of nutrition misinformation and mistruth circulating in our everyday lives, and use my expertise to sift through the fact and fallacy that can be frustrating and sometimes dangerous. I endeavor to be on the cutting edge with services such as virtual counseling for those who live outside the Reno area, frequently travel or for whatever reason find it more convenient to work together via computer than face-to-face, self-scheduling to avoid phone tag and delays in being seen, and concierge nutrition, where you can be seen in the convenience of your home or office. As a registered dietitian, I have the expertise to put a plan together that is based on science, and as a certified health and wellness coach, the coaching skills to empower change the client is looking for.
