About Nutrition Education & Consulting
Nutrition Education & Consulting (www.nutritioneducationconsulting.ca) is a uniquely-experienced group of Masters-educated Registered Dietitians who aspire to optimize children’s nutrition by supporting their adults - their parents, caregivers and educators. We use a critical, evidence-based and collaborative process to provide nutrition education training, workshops and resources. We work with educators, parents, coaches, health professionals and other stakeholders to ensure we meet both their nutrition education needs and those of the children they impact. The team at NEC uses an inclusive, food- and body-positive, skills-based approach. Our goals are to improve children's food and eating knowledge, attitudes, and habits and to encourage them to enjoy eating well for life!
