Nutrition Vixen takes a whole new approach to creating a healthy lifestyle by bringing it back to basics. My approach is different than most nutritionists because I don’t believe in micromanaging food intake by counting calories or points, limiting grams of fat, or following a specific meal plan. Instead I focus on creating practical strategies that support healthy behaviors that are realistic, achievable, and can be sustained by anyone. My goal is to increase awareness of the risks and benefits associated with nutrition, provide education, and coach individuals through the process of behavior change that will allow them to take appropriate action to become self-sufficient and obtain a healthier lifestyle.
