NW Living began in 2017, when we were both working full-time. We started investing in small professional HMOs and that quickly grew into larger commercial-to-residential conversions, including offices and pubs. While professional HMOs will always be our bread and butter, as our portfolio expanded, we noticed the profits were becoming less predictable. We wanted a more stable, reliable strategy, and that’s when we discovered Supported Living. It answered many of the challenges we were facing, and we truly believe it’s one of the strongest investment strategies out there. We’re passionate about sharing our knowledge and experience through mentorship for investors looking to grow their portfolios, particularly in the supported living sector. Our mission is simple: to help others find sustainable, high-return opportunities in property, while making a positive impact on the housing landscape.
