NXT is a Private Equity Studio focused on vSaaS. NXT continually builds and expands its proprietary technology platform that enables it to launch and operated industry-specific vertical SaaS solutions aimed at outcomes such as DTC e-commerce, workflow optimization, back-office operations, and various industry-specific challenges. We thrive on the intersection of the models of Private Equity and Venture Studio. We emphasize and leverage technology as an asset class that can be shared and optimized among portfolio companies much like the operational efficiencies applied by Private Equity throughout their portfolios. Through sophisticated licensing models and source code partitioning, we can continually improve an impressive tech stack while also providing technology value and tools to each portfolio vertical. We believe that best-in-class “vSaaS” is only possible when established from within the industry. Thus, borrowing from the Venture Studio model, we launch and fund operating companies in each particular industry and manage them through growth while customizing and building vSaaS solution rooted in our platform but built specifically for the workflows and culture of the industry. Our software solution for the industry is then built on credibility and insider knowledge. We call it Private Equity 3.0.
