O consulting was founded in 2007, managing consulting projects for international firms across the globe. We: - Develop & implement customize organization structures, workforce plans, job descriptions, policies and procedures within critical deadlines. - Develop & implement appraisal systems and provide continuous application support over three appraisal cycles after delivery. - Wrote & review customize contracts, represent & close deals on behalf of clients in negotiations. - Develop & conduct corporate training for internal associates and external partners on internal policies & procedures, HR practices, marketing practices, customer service practices, appraisal system implementation, staffing & recruitment processes, compensation processes, and conflict resolution. - Conduct several successful international recruitment campaigns for clients within tight deadlines. Some Achievements: - Recruited & trained 40 telemarketers in 2 months - Recruited 60 engineers, technicians, and administrators. - Traveled to interview and select suitable candidates and completed contracts. - New Recruits were on board within less under 1 month from launch, including contracts, visas, travel, settlement, transportation and onboarding. - 95% of recruits completed & renewed their contracts. Also served as Contracted HR Director: - Created the HR processes & procedures - Established & maintained a clear organizational structure for the sub companies. - Oversaw the HR department work across all teams - Continuously provided consultancy and assistance to all BIC Managers regarding HR issues - Ran a job analysis program and developed & updated job descriptions. - Planned & conducted local and international recruitment campaigns - Conducted complete performance review process, discussed results with managers and set up training, development & rotation plans, and compensation schemes for all associates - Implemented & managed P&P operations
